The skies celerated, as our stars graduated

Sonu Sood’s inspiring journey began with what he thought was helping one migrant family return home during the lockdown, only to discover that there were 350 other migrant workers in need of assistance. Since then, he has been unstoppable in his efforts to make a positive impact. He has provided free education, healthcare, and job opportunities while also ensuring that people do not go hungry. It is no wonder that he has won the hearts of the entire nation!

As our students prepare to embark on their own journey, we want to instill in them the belief that there is good in the world, and that they too can make a difference. We can think of no better role model than Mr. Sood, the “Golden man in a Golden cape,” to inspire our graduates as they step out into the world. We are honored to have him as our guest of honor and look forward to his address to our graduating class.

Apex University feels privileged to confer upon him the honorary Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.) degree, in recognition of his exemplary social work especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, in its First Convocation on this day 20th May 2023.
