Mr. Deepak Agarwal is presently assigned to Emirates NBD - Private Banking where he heads Global External Asset Management Coverage, managing the complete distribution channel of funds across countries. He was the CEO-Middle East and Africa at Kotak Mahindra where he was spearheading the Offshore Asset Management Business Activity. His 25 years of experience is in private banking, wealth management, financial planning, and investments. He has completed Executive Management from Cornell University and PGDBM from GHS-IMR, India. He is also an Associate Financial Planner by the Financial Planning and Standard Board (FPSB).
Ms. Aastha Sharma is one of the most ARD trained heads, HR. An LL.B. graduate and an MBA HR with specialization in Industrial Laws, she is highly experienced in different sectors dealing with employment laws, regulations compliance, and employee relations. More generally she manages various HR functions, from misconduct investigations to compliance with Indian labor laws. She brings with her vast experience in many areas, including HR automation, policy-formulation, disciplinary action management, talent management, employee welfare, and compensation programs. In addition to the above, she also has experience in handling POSH proceedings and misconduct investigations.

Mr. Rajesh Methi is the founder of the Indic School of Jurisprudence, Indic Pathshala, and LEXINDIC | Indic Judiciary. He is an L&D strategist, experiential trainer, and legal expert par excellence with diverse academic qualifications. He holds a Ph.D., LL.M., LL.B., and has qualification certifications in CS, MBA, and IPR along with expertise in project management, leadership, communication, and critical thinking. Dr. Methi has been the Founder Director of the Indic School of Jurisprudence and has mentored three Ph.D. scholars. He has over 60 publications to his credit and is also a member of many professional and social organizations such as ISTD, FICCI, WIPO, and Toastmasters International.
Bisheswor Acharya, a prominent leader in Pokhara and a distinguished figure in Lions Clubs International, has significantly influenced the educational sector in Nepal since its establishment in 2002. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Novel Academy which has consistently ranked among Nepal's top 10 B-Schools and was named the top B-School in Gandaki Province in 2014 and 2022. Acharya has also held leadership roles in community organizations, completed numerous leadership training programs under Lions Clubs International, and has overseen significant projects in Nepal, such as healthcare infrastructure development.
Prof. Shad Ahmad Khan, an assistant professor at the University of Buraimi's College of Business, is renowned for his expertise in green practices, online business management, and higher education. He is ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally and serves as an associate editor for the International Journal of Pluralism and Economics Education. Prof. Khan has authored over 50 Scopus-indexed publications, books, and research articles and has contributed to funded projects, consultancy work, and editorial roles. He is also a research fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia, and has recently joined Rushford Business School, Switzerland, as an adjunct faculty member and supervisor for doctoral students.
Prof. Anil Mehta is a renowned academic and management professional with over 43 years of teaching experience. He specializes in organizational behavior, human resource development, and marketing management. With 11 books and 40 research papers, he has guided 38 Ph.D. students and two post-doctoral researchers. He has participated in over 80 national and international conferences and conducted numerous programs for corporate, government, and academic institutions. A Panjab University graduate, he is known for addressing demand-supply gaps, formulating policies, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring data privacy regulations. Mr. Vivek has filed a patent for AI Grant Assistant and is currently writing a book on AI use cases across multiple industries.
