The one day International Seminar on Human Rights of Transgender primarily focuses to delve into the multifaceted realm of Transgender Rights which is gaining ushering importance in the contemporary national and international scenario. By providing eminent platform the event further emphasizes on the rigorous research on the issue which may in future take shape of Law and bring social change. The aim is also to heighten social awareness, constitutional and legal significance in the Indian context to put forward the pivotal notion of equality expanding beyond the considerations of gender. By meticulously examining these dimensions. We aim to foster comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities surrounding transgender rights. There by contributing to an informed discourse that aligns with the principles of justice and equality enshrined in our legal and social framework.

Call For Paper

The Apex University, Jaipur inviting Papers for presentation in the National Seminar from academicians, practitioners, researchers, scholars, and students on the issues related to specified themes.

The sub-themes specified under each theme are not exhaustive and the researchers are free to write on any topic related to the theme.

Authors will be allowes to present their papers as per the requirement of the theme during the Sessions on the day of the seminar in person.

Submission Guidelines

Abstract The abstract should not exceed 300 - 350 words and must reach the organizer on or before 1st November 2023 accompanied by a cover page stating the following:

  • Title of the paper
  • Name of the Author(s)
  • E-mail Address
  • Postal Address
  • Contact Number

Only the selected abstracts will be permitted for presentation.

Full Paper Submission

The following guidelines should be followed:

  1. The paper`s word limit shall be 3000-4000 words (exclusive of footnotes).
  2. The font style of the paper should be Times New Roman with font size being 12 for the main text and 10 for the footnotes.
  3. The line spacing for the main text and footnotes should be 1.5 and 1 respectively.( End-notes are not permitted). One 1.5 Margin should be maintained on all four sides of the pages. Citation Style: Bluebook, 20th edition.
