An eminent educationist, philanthropist, and visionary, Dr. Juniwal envisioned building a conglomerate of educational institutions committed to quality, innovation, and holistic development. His philosophy focused on nurturing individuals not merely to survive, but to excel with knowledge, competence, and strong values, empowering them to script their own success stories.
His remarkable journey in education began with the establishment of Sanjay Bal Niketan School in 1965 in Jaipur, marking his first foray into school education. Over a span of more than five decades, this singular initiative grew into a vast network of academic, technical, and professional institutions across Rajasthan, equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and dedicated to delivering world-class education.
The culmination of his lifelong dream took shape with the establishment of the multi-disciplinary Apex University, offering career-oriented programmes at the Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral levels across diverse disciplines, duly approved and affiliated with the respective statutory and academic bodies.
Having devoted his entire life to vision-building and mentorship, Dr. S. M. Juniwal regarded his institutions as extensions of his own home. He believed that students, faculty, and staff were not merely stakeholders but members of an extended family. His invaluable contributions have shaped the lives of lakhs of learners, and his ideals continue to guide the Apex Group of Institutions.
Though he is no longer with us, his vision, values, and unwavering commitment to education remain deeply embedded in the institution he founded, serving as a timeless source of inspiration for generations to come.
