Admission Criteria:

The selection of applicants for the programs shall be made through merit and personal interviews (as per the requirement). While evaluating students for admission, due weightage is given to academic distinction & awards in sports.


Scholarships:

Right to Education is one of the fundamental rights of every Indian. Apex University believes that money should not be a roadblock for a student with innovative ideas in his mind and passion in his heart. We award scholarships and financial assistance to meritorious students based on their academic achievements.
Several scholarships are offered to students depending on their academic credentials. The University grants full to partial waiver on tuition fees payable by such meritorious students.

Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana (1st time in Rajasthan with 100% Secured Education): - Applicable on Group B Programs Only

This scheme has been designed to help benefit in accomplishing the dream career of all such students who hail from a humble background of society. Under the ASSY scheme, the following categories of students can benefit: -

  1. 100% academic scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable to all such students who lost both parents during their education at Apex University and took admission in the 2025–26 session.
  2. 50% of the academic scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable to all such students whose father/mother had died during their education at Apex University and who took admission in 2025-26 sessions.
  3. A 25% academic scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable to all such students who have enrolled at Apex University and student has a single parent, as either the father or the mother is not alive. This scheme is applicable at the time of admission in 2025-26 academic session. The 25% academic scholarship shall remain applicable until the successful completion of the course/program.
  4. A 50% academic scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable to all such students who have enrolled at Apex University and have no living parents. This scheme is applicable at the time of admission in the 2025–26 academic session. The 50% academic scholarship shall remain applicable until the successful completion of the course/program.

NOTE: IN ORDER TO AVAIL ASSY SCHOLARSHIP PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM CHAIRMAN’S SECRETARIAT IS MANDATORY ALONG WITH SUBMISSION OF ORIGINAL DEATH CERTIFICATE.

Condition for Continuation :-

  • No Semester/Year Drop is permitted under any circumstances.
  • 75% of academic attendance is required to be maintained in all academic sessions (Theory & Practical).
  • Students must secure a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA/SGPA of 6.0 in each semester.
  • The above academic performance must be achieved in the first attempt of the regular semester/year-end examination.
  • The applicable scholarship (EBR or academic/merit) will be disbursed in the even semester, subject to the successful payment of 50% of the program/course fee without any late fee.
  • Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the discontinuation of the concession.

Apex Easy Pay

Apex University offers a unique scheme of Apex Easy pay to give students an ease to deposit their course fee in 2 equal installments.

Early Bird Scholarship: - Applicable on Group B Programs Only

Scholarship of 10% on EBR in 1st year course fee shall be paid to all such students who gets registered in the course / program offered by Apex University before 31stMay 2025 and have paid the 1st installment fee on or before 31st May 2025 only on applicable courses.

6. NATIONAL LEVEL ENTRANCE EXAM -BASED SCHOLARSHIPS: - Applicable on Group B Programs Only


i. CUET Scholarship for UG & PG Aspirants in 2025-26: –

Apex University recognizes the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) Government of India for UG and PG programs and extends the exclusive scholarships for merit holders of National level test under the following details.

The CUET Scholarship for admission in UG and PG programs for the Session 2025-26 is notified as under:

Procedure & Terms for Monthly Diet Support (Sports Scholarship)

Monthly Diet Duration:-

Monthly diet support will be provided for a minimum of six (6) months and a maximum of eight (8) months per academic year.


Terms & Conditions:-

Eligibility & General Guidelines

  1. If a student (International Medalist) takes admission in courses other than ‘B’ group, the concession shall remain equivalent to that of ‘B’ category.
  2. If a non-scholarship student from Apex University wins a medal in International/National/AIU competitions, they will become eligible for the Sports Scholarship, subject to performance level and category evaluation.
  3. Only vacant seats will be filled in each sport/game every academic year.
  4. Only performance certificates from the last two years will be considered.
  5. Academic fee concessions (for ‘B’ Group) do not include:
    • Uniform Fee
    • Examination Fee
    • Miscellaneous Fee
    • etc.
  6. Minimum 90% attendance is mandatory for the continuation of monthly diet benefits.
  7. The following team games are considered for selection: Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, American Football, Rugby, Tug of War, Kabaddi, Baseball, Softball, Hockey, Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, and Handball.
  8. Individual games will be given preference in selection.

Performance-Based Revision of Concession

  1. Concessions will be revised annually based on the students’ sports performance and achievements.
  2. If a student does not win a medal/position in International, National, or AIU tournaments in the first year, their monthly diet will be discontinued in the second year.
  3. If there is no medal or performance in the second year, the sports scholarship will be withdrawn in the third year.
  4. Increases or decreases in concession will depend on performance at the time of renewal.
  5. A minimum of a North Zone Inter-University Medal is required for scholarship renewal; state-level medals will not be considered.

Special Provisions

  1. If a student takes general admission and later achieves a medal in North Zone / All India Inter-University / National / International competitions, the scholarship will be granted in the following academic year based on their achievement and category.
  2. Official attendance will be granted to students participating in North Zone / AIU / National / International competitions—from the date of departure to the date of return.
  3. Training camp attendance (inside or outside campus) will be regularly recorded.
    • A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory for each player in training camps.
  4. The University reserves the right to amend or change the terms of the Apex University Sports Policy without prior notice.

Selection Procedure for Sports Quota Admissions

  1. Performance trials will be conducted prior to admission.
  2. Original sports certificates must be presented for verification.
  3. Gradation certificates will be required in doubtful or disputed cases.
  4. The final decision for admission under Sports Quota will be made by the Director of Students’ Welfare.

Grounds for Discontinuation of Scholarship & Incentives

A student may lose eligibility for the Sports Scholarship and associated incentives under the following conditions:

  1. Failure to meet AIU eligibility requirements.
  2. Misconduct with any faculty member, staff, or fellow student.
  3. Indiscipline or involvement in disruptive activities.
  4. Non-participation in North Zone or All India Inter-University competitions without valid reasons.
  5. Training camp attendance falling below 90%.
  6. If found positive in doping tests during any competition or trials.
  7. Involvement in criminal activities may lead to immediate termination from the university.

Other Scholarships Schemes: - Applicable on Group B Programs Only


i. Apex Loyalty Bonus / Old Student Concession Policy to Promote Higher Education

Apex Loyalty Bonus of 10 % on the academic/course fee shall be applicable to all such students who have completed their study in any/course/program from any of the Apex University/Apex Foundation/Apex Group of Institutions and wish to continue further study in any course/program offered by Apex University.


ii. Sibling Concession

The University offers 10% concession on yearly fee to one of the siblings studying in any faculty of Apex University/Apex Foundation/Apex Group of Institutions, till the time both the siblings are studying in the university. The concession will continue even after the passing out of one sibling.


iii. Concession to Girl Sibling

Apex University provides 10% concession on yearly fee to both female siblings studying in any faculty of Apex University/Apex Foundation/Apex Group of Institutions, for entire duration of the course. The concession will continue even after the passing out of one sibling.

It will continue till the staff member is working with the Apex University.


v. Apex CRPF Bonus

A 40% scholarship is available for students whose parents are currently employed with the CRPF.

Procedure & Terms for Monthly Diet Support (Sports Scholarship)

Monthly Diet Duration:-

Monthly diet support will be provided for a minimum of six (6) months and a maximum of eight (8) months per academic year.


Terms & Conditions:-

Eligibility & General Guidelines

  1. If a student (International Medalist) takes admission in courses other than ‘B’ group, the concession shall remain equivalent to that of ‘B’ category.
  2. If a non-scholarship student from Apex University wins a medal in International/National/AIU competitions, they will become eligible for the Sports Scholarship, subject to performance level and category evaluation.
  3. Only vacant seats will be filled in each sport/game every academic year.
  4. Only performance certificates from the last two years will be considered.
  5. Academic fee concessions (for ‘B’ Group) do not include:
    • Uniform Fee
    • Examination Fee
    • Miscellaneous Fee
    • etc.
  6. Minimum 90% attendance is mandatory for the continuation of monthly diet benefits.
  7. The following team games are considered for selection: Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, American Football, Rugby, Tug of War, Kabaddi, Baseball, Softball, Hockey, Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, and Handball.
  8. Individual games will be given preference in selection.

Performance-Based Revision of Concession

  1. Concessions will be revised annually based on the students’ sports performance and achievements.
  2. If a student does not win a medal/position in International, National, or AIU tournaments in the first year, their monthly diet will be discontinued in the second year.
  3. If there is no medal or performance in the second year, the sports scholarship will be withdrawn in the third year.
  4. Increases or decreases in concession will depend on performance at the time of renewal.
  5. A minimum of a North Zone Inter-University Medal is required for scholarship renewal; state-level medals will not be considered.

Special Provisions

  1. If a student takes general admission and later achieves a medal in North Zone / All India Inter-University / National / International competitions, the scholarship will be granted in the following academic year based on their achievement and category.
  2. Official attendance will be granted to students participating in North Zone / AIU / National / International competitions—from the date of departure to the date of return.
  3. Training camp attendance (inside or outside campus) will be regularly recorded.
    • A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory for each player in training camps.
  4. The University reserves the right to amend or change the terms of the Apex University Sports Policy without prior notice.

Selection Procedure for Sports Quota Admissions

  1. Performance trials will be conducted prior to admission.
  2. Original sports certificates must be presented for verification.
  3. Gradation certificates will be required in doubtful or disputed cases.
  4. The final decision for admission under Sports Quota will be made by the Director of Students’ Welfare.

Grounds for Discontinuation of Scholarship & Incentives

A student may lose eligibility for the Sports Scholarship and associated incentives under the following conditions:

  1. Failure to meet AIU eligibility requirements.
  2. Misconduct with any faculty member, staff, or fellow student.
  3. Indiscipline or involvement in disruptive activities.
  4. Non-participation in North Zone or All India Inter-University competitions without valid reasons.
  5. Training camp attendance falling below 90%.
  6. If found positive in doping tests during any competition or trials.
  7. Involvement in criminal activities may lead to immediate termination from the university.

Continuation Conditions for Concession Schemes


Eligibility Criteria for Renewal

To continue receiving benefits under the above-mentioned concession schemes, students must adhere to the following academic and administrative conditions:

  1. No Semester/Year Drop is permitted under any circumstances.
  2. 75% of academic attendance is required to be maintained in all academic sessions (Theory & Practical).
  3. Students must secure a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA/SGPA of 6.0 in each semester.
  4. The above academic performance must be achieved in the first attempt of the regular semester/year-end examination.
  5. The applicable scholarship (EBR or academic/merit) will be disbursed in the even semester, subject to the successful payment of 50% of the program/course fee without any late fee.
  6. Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the discontinuation of the concession.

Special Notes

  1. If a student’s scholarship is discontinued due to non-fulfillment of the required academic criteria, but the student meets the eligibility in the following academic year, they may reapply for the scholarship. In such cases, the student shall be eligible only for the previously sanctioned scholarship for the subsequent year of study.
  2. Swapping of scholarship schemes is strictly prohibited.
  3. Multiple scholarships cannot be availed by a single student.
  4. For clarification regarding a student’s academic performance or percentage, the Admission Team must contact the Scholarship Department.
  5. All scholarship-related documents must be verified and signed by both the Admission Counsellor and the Admission Head before submission on TCS iON.

General Eligibility Criteria

  • Scholarships are applicable only on academic/course fees.
  • Students must possess valid address proof and ID proof.
  • For continuation of the scholarship in subsequent years, the prevailing policies of Apex University, Rajasthan shall apply.

Important Dates & Notices

  • If the scholarship is discontinued in any academic year, and the student regains eligibility, the deadline for reapplication is 30th November every year.
  • Scholarships are not applicable for Ph.D. programs.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Scholarships under the Early Bird Registration (EBR) scheme are only applicable if:
    • Registration is completed on or before 31st May 2025, and
    • The first installment of fees is paid by 31st May 2025.
    • No extensions or exceptions will be permitted beyond this deadline.
  2. Students must submit all original documents on or before 31st October 2025 to avail the scholarship.
    Scholarships will not be granted after this deadline under any circumstances.
  3. No scholarship (including EBR) is applicable to students from OPEN Boards.
  4. Scholarships are valid only on academic/course fees.
  5. Students are required to pay miscellaneous fees such as:
    • Application/Form Fee
    • Enrollment Fee
    • Examination Fee
    • Uniform Fee
    • etc.
    No concessions, scholarships, or discounts apply to these fees.
  6. The applicable scholarship (EBR or academic/merit) will be disbursed in the even semester, subject to the successful payment of 50% of the program/course fee without any late fee.

  • D.El.Ed, B.Ed General
  • Diploma Paramedical (DMLT/DRT/DOTT/DOPTH)
  • Degree Paramedical (BMLT/BRT/BOPTH)
  • AHDP
  • Ph.D. Programs

2. Group B :- Scholarships are applicable for all Programs which do not have in Group A.
