The selection of applicants for the programs shall be made through merit and personal interviews (as per the requirement). While evaluating students for admission, due weightage is given to academic distinction & awards in sports.

Several scholarships are offered to students depending on their academic credentials. The University grants full to partial waiver on tuition fees payable by such meritorious students.

Apex University offers a unique scheme of Apex Easy pay to give students an ease to deposit their course fee in 2 equal installments.
Scholarship of 10% on EBR in 1st year course fee shall be paid to all such students who gets registered in the course / program offered by Apex University before 31stMay 2025 and have paid the 1st installment fee on or before 31st May 2025 only on applicable courses.

Monthly diet support will be provided for a minimum of six (6) months and a maximum of eight (8) months per academic year.
A student may lose eligibility for the Sports Scholarship and associated incentives under the following conditions:
Apex Loyalty Bonus of 10 % on the academic/course fee shall be applicable to all such students who have completed their study in any/course/program from any of the Apex University/Apex Foundation/Apex Group of Institutions and wish to continue further study in any course/program offered by Apex University.
The University offers 10% concession on yearly fee to one of the siblings studying in any faculty of Apex University/Apex Foundation/Apex Group of Institutions, till the time both the siblings are studying in the university. The concession will continue even after the passing out of one sibling.
Apex University provides 10% concession on yearly fee to both female siblings studying in any faculty of Apex University/Apex Foundation/Apex Group of Institutions, for entire duration of the course. The concession will continue even after the passing out of one sibling.
